CANCELLATION POLICY
Bonita Salon Booking & Cancellation Policy At Bonita Salon, every appointment is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure I can provide the best experience for every guest, please review the following booking policy before scheduling. Card on File A valid credit or debit card is required to reserve all appointments. Your card is only used to secure your booking and will not be charged at the time you schedule. Payment for your services will be collected at the conclusion of your appointment unless a cancellation or no-show fee applies. Cancellations & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please allow at least 24 hours' notice. Please update your appointment via Gloss Genius. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the total services booked. The card on file will be charged automatically. NO SHOWS WILL RESULT IN AN AUTOMATIC CHARGE OF 100% OF THE SCHEDULED SERVICE/S.
